Kala Channa Hara Masala

Ingredients 

• Spinach (chopped) – 3 bunch.
• Ginger garlic paste – 1 tablespoon.
• Turmeric powder – 1/4 tea spoon.
• Salt – to taste.
• Mint leaves (chopped) – 1 bunch.
• Coriander leaves (chopped) – 1 bunch.
• Green chilies (slited) – 4 numbers.
• Whole bengal gram / kala chana – 100 grams.
• Amchur powder – 1 tea spoon.
• Oil – 4 numbers.
• Fennel seeds (crushed) – 1/2 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder – 1 tea spoon.
• Garam masala – 1 tea spoon.

Method:

Soak the whole bengal gram in enough water for 8 hours or overnight and boil it.
Heat oil in a pan add whole garlic, green chilies, chopped coriander leaves, mint leaves, chopped spinach, cook it.
To it even add turmeric powder, salt, ginger garlic paste, fennelseeds mix it then add coriander powder, garam masala powder, amchur powder mix it.
At last, add boiled bengal gramalong with water, cook for 4-5 minutes on slow flame.
Serve this hot with puri, naan, chapatti, phulkas, and rice.
